Since the Government does not understand Croatian, the Croatian Labor Party of Sisak decided to address the Government in the language of the country whose interests, unlike the interests of the Republic of Croatia, it protects. Therefore, in today’s statement, issued in Hungarian, they thanked the Government for the Christmas gift of shutting down production at the Sisak Oil Refinery. The behavior of the State towards the Refinery, and thus towards the City of Sisak and its citizens, cannot be called anything other than betrayal – betrayal of the City, betrayal of the citizens, betrayal of the State. As the statement states, it is truly a game of fate that the Matoš monument will forever remind the citizens of Sisak of the attitude of this government towards them. Because, as the great AG said: “Croatia has already seen many miracles, but it cannot find a hook for so many Jews!”
